DISTILLERY: Four Roses Bourbon, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky

AGE: Blend of Bourbons aged between 8 and 10 years old

COLOR: Medium Amber

NOSE: Citrus, floral against pleasant barrel char.

TASTE: Balance of buttery rich and approachably lightly sweet.

Soft chocolate, dry cocoa with hints of lychee, melon, and baking spices.

We can see how many of the deep and layered flavors would be complimentary to Japanese cuisine.

FINISH: Luscious sweet char and oak.
